By purchasing the DIY kit you will be able to create the complete look

1. With any empty table you will be able to set this up
2. To make the illusion of a higher piece you would place the foam risers directly onto the table (they will be under the tablecloth).  This also allows you to use any type of light because they will not be in the water         
3. Cover the foam pieces and table with cloth.  Lights are optional but if you would like to use them, place them in holes and push them into the hole

1. Once you have desired lights in holes you place the drip pan on top
2. This shows a close up of the lights under the pan, off the back of the pan you can see the hose attachment     
3. In this final setup shot you can see how the hose attachment is placed into the bucket below the table (of course you wouldn't see this because the tablecloth would cover entire table)
